Live more mindfully. We more aware of the moment you’re in — your surroundings, the people you’re with, what you’re feeling — and use these moments of mindfulness to consider how this moment would feel if your dream came true. 

Use affirmations. Try repeating a phrase like, “I deserve true love. I have true love.” Write it down in your journal and say it while you look in the mirror. Make it a daily habit to say it and also believe it.
